Encourage them to become a Red Strider and join them on walk day!
Walgreens Takes Steps to Help Stop Diabetes® Now, every time you make a healthy choice—like walking, running or testing your blood glucose—you can earn rewards that help encourage you to get, stay and live well. The American Diabetes Association is working in collaboration with Walgreens, a National Strategic Partner of the Association, to get the word out about their new Balance® Rewards Program that helps support a healthy and active lifestyle. Balance Rewards is the first retail rewards program that rewards participants for their healthy choices. For every person that joins the Balance Rewards program, Walgreens will donate $1 to the Association through December 31, 2014, up to $50,000.
