| Dear Andrea, Right now I’m in Washington D.C. with hundreds of other Diabetes Advocates from across the country to participate in Call to Congress, our signature event to make diabetes a national priority. I am so excited because tomorrow we will storm Capitol Hill to tell Congress that it’s time to Stop Diabetes®! I have a favor to ask. By the time I get to my congressional meetings, I’d like every inbox in Congress to be filled with thousands of messages from advocates like you from across the country. Will you take a minute to support us by sending a message to your elected officials in Congress? Your support would mean so much to me and the other advocates who have come from across the country to advocate for the millions facing diabetes. By sending your message, you will help us make a difference on Capitol Hill. Diabetes Advocates are dedicated and strong. And we are not alone — we have each other.
