redstrider.jpgEmpowered, Accomplished, Proud and Hopeful.

These are words Red Striders® use to describe how they feel when walking in Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes®. Red Striders are participants who have type 1, type 2, gestational or prediabetes. If you are a Red Strider, YOU are the reason we walk and raise funds to help find the cause and cure of this silent disease. Learn more about the VIP Red Strider treatment and sign up for your nearest event! Can’t make it? Be a virtual walker instead.
