Celebrating Good Fats

Did you know eating good fats instead of saturated fats may lower your risk of heart disease? It’s true. Good fats are part of a healthy diet and a key part of daily nutrition, when consumed in moderation. The Association announces its collaboration with Hass Avocado Board, to increase awareness about the role good fats play in daily nutrition. Learn more about incorporating good fat in your diet as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Want to see your photo make an impact? Send a kid to Camp through Johnson & Johnson’s “Donate a Photo”. For every photo submitted Johnson & Johnson gives $1 to the Association for Diabetes Camp. Camp is a place where kids with diabetes can make friends in an environment built just for them. It's a safe place for campers to swim, hike, play, create and grow—all while learning how to better deal with diabetes. It takes 1,496 photos to send one child to Diabetes Camp.
