Last year on Black Friday 3,835 people were diagnosed with diabetes. But the number of diagnosed continues to grow. This year on Black Friday, it is estimated that 4,110 people will be told they have diabetes, exposing them into a harsh, new reality. Andrea, today is about gift giving so please consider making a gift that will fund research to help develop better treatments and accelerate the search for a cure and prevent more Americans from developing diabetes; Your gift will also provide support and resources to families learning how to cope with a new diabetes diagnoses, provide doctors and researchers with information they need to help their patients, and so much more.
