Yesterday was American Diabetes Association^® Alert Day, our opportunity to encourage Americans to take the Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test. With 84 million Americans at risk, we would like to say thank you to everyone who took the test and passed it on to friends and family. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our supporter, Samsung, for donating $5 per Risk Test taken up to $50,000. With their help, we were able to make a difference for millions of Americans living with diabetes. Even though Alert Day is over, it’s never too late to share the one-minute Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test with others. One in three Americans is at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Do you know if the people you care about are among them? Help them learn their risk and start taking the steps necessary to prevent or delay a diagnosis.
